Comfy bed, private space, excellent showers. Less noise than hostels. Decent location, walking distance to Namba & Dotonburi. High-standard facilities, exceptionally clean. Subway a fair walk away. Helpful staff tried to assist with cab reservation. Luxury amenities, everything in good working order. New pajamas provided daily. Great first-time capsule experience, highly recommended.

The staff was good & everything was amazing. In addition, free WiFi was provided. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. We dined out at Menya Joroku, set 4-6 minutes walking distance from the capsule hotel.

Totally recommended for one night. This hostel has okay food and people. Good beds were provided. We loved the Asian cuisine in the restaurant.

Clean and new, dorm had few beds, great facilities , separate luggage storage area for less noise, short walk to Kuromon market and dinner options. Friendly and efficient staff, made beds daily, spacious locker, met one acquaintance. Wanted to try a capsule hotel and wasn't disappointed. Very accessible to Nippombashi and Namba stations, Dotonbori.

I recently stayed at Shell Nell Namba By Wbf for a few nights during my trip to Osaka. The hotel's location is fantastic, with both Namba station and Nippombashi station nearby, as well as a convenience store and plenty of restaurants. The facilities are great and everything looks very new. I had a wonderful sleep in the capsule which provided privacy and all the essentials. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the shower area, was impressive. The staff were also friendly and helpful.

The amenities provided for female travelers were very adequate. I appreciated the inclusion of pajamas, cleansing sheets, slippers, and towels. It was a thoughtful touch to also have hair curlers and hair dryers available. the location of the hotel was quite good, being just a 15-minute walk from the nearest station. having a Family Mart right next door was convenient for any last-minute needs. - One more advantage that I enjoyed was the cleanliness of the place. the hotel was kept tidy and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay.

The room I booked for two persons was not as expected. It consisted of two beds in a small space, separated only by a curtain.
